A Coach Approach to Ministering to the Dying and the Grieving

For hospice workers, clergy, funeral directors, etc. who want to learn how to use a coach approach in their end of life care.

 

This 48-hour training, which can be taught from a Christian perspective, or inclusive perspective, depending on the audience, will give an overview of how to use coaching principles in the end of life care setting in which the participants are already serving.

Laying the Foundation – 4 hours

A Coach Approach – 4 hours

Coaching the Dying – 4 hours

Coaching the Grieving – 8 hours

Coaching Groups in Grief – 8 hours

Coach Yourself Through Grief – 4 hours

Being End of Life “Safe” – 8 hours

Practice Lab – 8 hours
