Naomi is an ILM Level 7 Diploma-accredited coach in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching and Associate Membership of the UK Association for Coaching. She has a background in Family Medicine (National Health Service, UK), Higher Education and Inter-professional Development.
Naomi works primarily as a GP, Coach, Supervisor and Trainer. She also offers individual and group supervision. She designs and runs a variety of training workshops focusing on Coaching and Coaching at End of Life.
Naomi is a non-judgemental listener, sensitive to the complexities of life’s dilemmas and challenges. Working collaboratively, she is experienced at teasing out the drivers for change. Coaching conversations also include helping to identify and lessen the impact of barriers to progression.
Naomi’s facilitative style supports a process of change from good to great, as well as managing loss and disappointment. Typical issues might include career/life transitions, future planning, relationship conflict, or dealing with grief and change.
