My coaching practice is focused on clients who have faced life-changing events that have significantly changed the course of their lives, personally and occupationally.
Physical conditions like quadriplegia, paraplegia, stroke, Parkinson’s, chronic fatigue as well as grief, retrenchment, career disillusionment and retirement. Loss is something we all experience in our lives, living loss and loss of a significant person.
Grieving and mourning these losses is an important part of ensuring we live well. Together we explore finding new purpose, meaning and identity.
Coaching is very effective in facilitating a way forward from a life-changing event and can provide clients with a chance for joint contemplation, reflection, and discussion in attempt to address the question: ‘What do I do now?’
My role as a coach is to partner with you to find new purpose, meaning, interests, passions, and identity.
These events may be associated with extremely traumatic experiences. I have completed a course in traumatic incident reduction which may assist with the impact the trauma is having on you.
