“I have come to understand how loss, once dealt with, paves a path for creating a new normal and opens the door to an authentic life experience.”
Cathy Hope is a certified life coach whose own experience with loss and transformation informs her passion for supporting others. Cathy works with people facing “living losses” — divorce, chronic illness, job loss — as well as end-of-life transitions and the death of loved ones. She specializes in normalizing grief, offering a safe and supportive space for understanding and processing of life’s deeper emotions and challenges. Working with a listening heart, Cathy helps people find meaningful moments throughout the journey of change at all stages of life.
Cathy’s career includes 28+ years as a student, teacher, and media spokesperson in the fields of human transformation, spirituality, and mindfulness. Past, present, and future projects include work with Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Eileen Fisher LifeWork, and Hospice Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts. She regularly audits CEU classes with leading hospice organizations, the Art of Dying Institute, as well as attends workshops with leaders in the end-of-life field.
Sessions occur by phone, video or in-person.
