Chienyu (Jade) Yi

Chienyu Jade Yi (she/her) is an ELCA Pastor and ICF Associate Certified Coach who accompanies individuals and families through grief and life transitions with compassion, clarity, and deep respect. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, she brings a cross‑cultural sensitivity to every conversation, honoring the unique story each person carries.

Jade understands coaching as a ministry of presence—an invitation to breathe, to name what matters, and to find steadiness in seasons of change. Her practice is shaped by the T‑O‑M‑Y Framework:
T — Topic the client names for the session;
O — Outcome the client desires;
M — Measurement of what a meaningful session would look like;
Y — You, the client, whose voice, values, and lived experience matter.

With specialized training in Coaching at the End of Life, Jade offers a gentle, grounded partnership for those navigating loss, identity shifts, caregiving, or new beginnings. Her coaching creates space for movement, meaning, and the quiet courage to step forward whenever the client is ready.
