Rev. Dr. Mario Garcia, Jr., MCC, is a retired US Army Aviation Captain and has been coaching since 1992. Dr. Mario has coached more than 20,000 clients in 57 countries in English and Spanish. He has earned: Doctor in Ministry (Preaching & Teaching), Post Doctor in Neuropsychology, Juris Doctor, Theology Masters, and a Masters in Divinity. (Pastoral Counseling). He is Licensed attorney, Licensed mental Health Counselor, an ICF Registered Mentor Coach, Coach Educator, and PCC Evaluator (ICF), Master NeuroStrategic Coach®, Master NLP Trainer, and a CCE Board Certified Coach. He has served in various ministry positions such as Senior Pastor, Chaplain, and is Assistant Professor of Behavioral Sciences with Liberty University. Mario is the CEO of Internal Impact LLC and NeuroStrategic Coach®. He is married to Wanda his wife of 44 years, and they have 3 adult children and 10 grandchildren.
