Sue is ILM Level 7 Diploma-accredited Executive and Leadership Coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner Level) and an accredited coaching supervisor. She was previously a family physician. She facilitates training programmes and supervision in Coaching, Coaching for Health and Coaching for Grief, Bereavement and End of Life. Her work is largely in the British NHS, but she has an eclectic practice, working with a wide range of clients who are negotiating transitions in their personal and professional lives.
Sue’s professional interests include coaching at end of life, leadership, interprofessional learning and working, emotional health and continuing professional development. She brings over 40 years experience of working alongside healthcare workers, patients and their families through major transitions, particularly in the areas of health, illness and end of life issues.
Sue has particular strengths as a coach and enabler that derive from her diverse training in medicine and education and psychotherapy.
