Presently, I serve as a Pastoral and Spiritual Leader in the: Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. I am certified as a Grief and End-of-Life Coach, and a level two Coach in Mission Development and Congregational Vitality. I assist in facilitating the ELCA’s Race Conversations using the coaching method. Along with coaching, I’m also a Reiki Master Healer. Reiki promotes healing through stress reduction and relaxation. I have served as a Parish Pastor for 26 years, in both Detroit, Michigan and Cleveland, Ohio. Here are some of the ministries I was involved in; currently a team member, of the ELCA Congregational Vitality Team, former Redevelopment Pastor, was on the Prayer Breakfast Committee for the former Mayor of Detroit: Dennis Acher.

Initiated Cross Cultural Conversations and was a volunteer for the Cleveland Hunger Network as Food Rescuer. Am a strong advocate for kidney causes as a longtime kidney survivor. All conversations are held sacred and strictest of confidence unless there is a threat of harm to yourself or others. Sessions can be done by a number of options; in-person, virtual, and by telephone. Coaching sessions can be weekly or monthly for one hour. Fee for each session is $ 125.00 an hour.
