Janice Hawley’s breadth and depth has grown through her career, moving into different spheres:
Teacher in Public Schools to Corporate Manager in a Fortune 500 company!
(Completed her Masters Degree & led Director-level Developmental Learning Experiences )

Then following a Call by God, she became an Ordained Pastor and served as a Mission Developer for a new Mission Start in KS and then as Pastor in St. Louis, MO area. She also is an ACC Certified Coach and Mentor Coach by International Coaching Federation, and working on P.CC Recently retired from Congregational life, she serves:
• Coaches clients of other faiths
• Certified Life Coaching – leadership, spirituality, & as an Care for Creation Coaching Trainer)
• Grief & End of Life Coaching for Individuals / Teams / Groups – Completed Training 2025
• Wartburg Theological Seminary’s Competency-based TEEM Program- Coach Mentor
• Pulpit Supply for Area Churches as Pastor
