Pastor JoAnna Patterson, founder of By The Way Coaching, is a trained ELCA Segment Two Coach and is currently pursuing ACC certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She specializes in life, end-of-life, and grief coaching, offering compassionate support through life’s most meaningful transitions.
