Larry is a Trainer and on Faculty with Coaching4Clergy and holds the ACC from the International Coaching Federation. He also is a certified End of Life Coach.
He has an unique background for working alongside pastors and their leadership with 43 years’ experience in local churches, ranging in size from the small to the mega-church and nine years as Director of Church Development/Growth and Administration in an association of 100+ churches in southeast Texas,. Other academic work was completed through Mississippi College, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Luther Rice Theological Seminary. He also helped create a non-profit providing coordination and relief following the destruction of Hurricane Rita on the gulf coast.
Larry’s passion and focus is on maximizing the potential of churches and developing their leadership to achieve that potential. This is available through Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and the development of the “coach approach” as a powerful tool in developing healthy and biblical church culture.
