A teacher by profession and is called by God to the pastoral ministry in 1996. An Ordained Elder of the United Methodist Church since 2004. Served some United Methodist Churches in Aurora, Nueva Ecija and Rizal Provinces. Had also experienced to work at Wesleyan University-Philippines as clerk at the Office of the University Registrar and as Administrative Assistant at the Institute of Care Giving and Counseling. Have gone through many training in Pastoral Care and Counseling, Mission, Evangelism and Discipleship. After twenty one years in the ministry, had been appointed as District Superintendent of Rizal District. Concurrent to local church appointments, facilitated training in Clinical Pastoral Education to pastors, lay and seminary students. The passion to train younger pastors in the ministry propels me to keep adding “colors to my belt” by further studying and gaining more skills that are useful to the ministry. Last year, I was appointed Spiritual Health Officer at Mary Johnston Hospital, the only Methodist Hospital in the Philippines.
Married to Remigio Yambot and blessed with a daughter named Theophilia Lyre. Second child among the five offspring of Ador and Lina Balaquidan.
