I am awed by the many aspects of loss and grief. Grief affects our entire being – emotional, mental, spiritual and physical. It shakes our very foundation. It can make us question everything we thought we knew – even our identity and our purpose.

My special niche is in supporting people who either: have a chronic illness or are parents of estranged adult children. I recognize and appreciate the uniqueness of these types of losses. I have experienced both and understand the difficulty in finding someone with whom I could be open and vulnerable. It would be my privilege to hold that space for you.

There is no quick or straightforward way through grief. I can help you cope with whatever you are dealing with – your thoughts, feelings, pain – on your own timeline. We will work on increasing your resilience and healing. Together, we will strive to figure out who you are now that you’ve experienced your loss, and what’s next for you.
