I discovered coaching through running. First having a coach, then being a coach. But this type of coaching was about workout plans, and something was always missing. In 2020 I participated in a life coaching class and discovered that missing piece. What is that? The ability to walk alongside a person and through good conversation help them to work through issues, discern, and achieve goals. My most recent certification is as an End of Life and Grief Coach. I am also a part-time pastor in an ELCA congregation. My pastoral experience, along with coach training has equipped me to coach through most life experiences. Currently I am an ACC (associate) level coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My training is now at the PCC (professional) level and I will achieve this certification when I have accumulated 500 hours of coaching. I am almost there! I still coach runners, with the incorporation of life coaching. I would be honored to accompany you through coaching.
