Rachel Baldi

Rachel Baldi is a Professional Certified End of Life and Grief Coach, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC from the ICF International Coaching Federation), and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC from Co-Active Training Institute) with over 14 years of experience in coaching, facilitating and developing leaders globally.

Rachel is passionate about educating and providing a safe space for people to acknowledge, express and process their grief through the work she does as a Grief Coach. She is devoted to supporting and walking side-by-side with individuals, families, and communities who are grieving, working inside schools, places of worship, and organizations. She is on a mission to train organizations on how to be Grief-Safe and how to support and honor grief in the workplace.
As an End-of-Life Coach Rachel walks alongside people, and their families, who are at the end of their lives by supporting them to not feel alone, understand what they are experiencing, and communicate effectively what needs to be said.

She is the co-writer of ‘Lil’ Amina and The Adventure of Grief,’ a children’s book to support children (and adults) who are experiencing grief and bring more understanding and awareness to the emotion of grief.
